1. Scope of Support Services

Streamline staff may use the WhatsApp Business Platform to provide technical support, account management, and workflow consulting. By initiating a support request, you agree to communicate with our authorized representatives via this channel.

2. Conduct and Recording

  • Support Logs: For quality control and task tracking, all WhatsApp conversations between Streamline staff and clients are logged within the Streamline Task Management System.

  • Professionalism: Both parties agree to maintain professional conduct. Streamline reserves the right to terminate support if communication is found to be abusive or violates Meta’s Community Standards.

3. Authorized Access

Streamline staff will only access your "Task-Centric" data (documents, CRM, etc.) when explicitly required to resolve a support ticket or at your direct request.

When you interact with our internal staff via WhatsApp, we collect:

3. Data Privacy and Staff Access

Access to client WhatsApp conversations is restricted to authorized Streamline support personnel. We employ strict internal "Employee Management" protocols to ensure your data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

4. Third-Party Processing (Meta)

Please note that while Streamline manages the support interaction, Meta Platforms, Inc. provides the underlying messaging infrastructure. Their use of data is governed by the WhatsApp Business Privacy Policy.
